2018 Cut2Cut USA - Final 4 - DJ IQ

I made it to the Battle Ave Cut2Cut Final Four and started to reflect back to when I was 5 years old and remember the moment when I heard scratching for the first time by Grand Mixer D.ST. on Herbie Hancock's "ROCK IT" live on TV. It just felt right to pay homage to such an iconic song that started it all for me! Now as I am older keys and melody are a focus so shoutout to my Chicago native Herbie Hancock! Fast Forward to now with the Controller One - DJ Woody has been a definite inspiration - This guy lives and breathes HIPHOP like I do - This one's for you too! Polyphonic Scratching still puzzles me a bit...lol.
