Lost or Damaged Goods Due to Shipping
Battle Ave is not responsible for lost or damage goods due to shipping errors.

Returns
We do offer a full refund for goods damaged. To receive a full refund, the damaged goods must be sent back to Battle Ave.

Exchanges
We do offer even exchanges for damaged, mistakenly sent goods. To receive the exchange all goods must be sent back to Battle Ave.
